The National Development Plan Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) in collaboration with the Tutong District Department, Ministry of Home Affairs held the 'Jelajah RKN’ to socialise The Twelfth National Development Plan (RKN12) on Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at the Dewan Utama Kompleks Kemasyarakatan, Tutong District. Present as the Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, Tutong District Department.

Yang Mulia Mohammad Harris bin Brigadier General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Trade and​ Industry) at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, recently attended the Ministerial Retreat and the 28th BIMP-EAGA Ministerial Meeting held at Davao City, the Philippines on 13th & 14th November 2025, respectively. Chaired by His Excellency Secretary Leo Tereso Magno, BIMP-EAGA Signing Minister for the Philippines, and attended by other BIMP-EAGA Signing Ministers, BIMP-EAGA Chief Ministers & Governors, BIMP-EAGA Senior Officials, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the ASEAN Secretariat.
