The Twelfth National Develpment Plan (RKN12) Socialisation Program: Jelajah RKN Dearah Tutong

The National Development Plan Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) in collaboration with the Tutong District Department, Ministry of Home Affairs held the 'Jelajah RKN’ to socialise The Twelfth National Development Plan (RKN12) on Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at the Dewan Utama Kompleks Kemasyarakatan, Tutong District. Present as the Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, Tutong District Department.

Jelajah RKN program aims to provides an overview of the National Development Planning under RKN12 in Tutong District which includes investment in modern infrastructure, education, technology and public facilities are the main drivers of growth, social well-being and environmental sustainability. The program also emphasizes the active involvement of Mukim Penghulu, Village Heads and the private sector in jointly supporting development at the district and national levels.

Also present during the event were Members of the Legislative Council; Dayang Hajah Salawati binti Haji Puasa, Director of the National Development Plan Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy; Heads of Departments; Penghulus of Mukim; Vilalge Chiefs; Members of the Village Consultative Council (MPK); and private sectors in the Tutong District.

During the event, apart from the Briefing on the Twelfth National Development Plan (RKN12) and the Brunei Accredited Green Unified Seal (BAGUS) by the Authority for Building Control and Construction Industry (ABCi), Ministry of Development, there was also RKN12 Mini Exhibition and Village Consultative Council (MPK) and Micro Small and Medium Enterprise stalls promoting local products and cultures.
