Industry and Business Ecosystem Division (IBE) through Weights and Measures Unit (SDT) under Ministry of Finance and Economy has conducted spot check visits to the festive stalls in conjunction with His Majesty’s Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam 78th birthday celebration. The Enforcement Operation was carried out at the parking area in front of Royal Regalia Building and Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien on Wednesday, 17th July 2024.

On 27 June 2024, Industry and Business Ecosystem Division (IBE) through Weights and Measures Unit (SDT) under the Ministry of Finance and Economy conducted an inspection and accuracy reading on one (1) unit of platform scale and five (5) units of electronic balance machines used to weigh cattle and frozen meat owned by Syarikat PDS Abattoir Sdn Bhd located at Lot. 2 and 3 Feedlot Industrial Site, Kampong Batang Mitus, Mukim Kiudang, Tutong District.

Re-Verification and Calibration Accuracy Reading Flow Meter Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd
02 July 2024 Industry and Business Ecosystem Division (IBE) through Weights and Measures Unit (SDT) under the Ministry of Finance and Economy conducted Re-verification and calibration of accuracy readings of one (1) unit flow meter owned by Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd (BMC) on Thursday, 20th June 2024 at Sungai Liang Industrial Park (SPARK), Kampong Sungai Liang, Belait District.
