The Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) and its departments are holding a two-day Friendly Customer Day 2020 (HMP2020) which began yesterday at the lobby area of the ministry.

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah visited the booths, accompanied by Legislative Council members led by Yang Berhormat Haji Ramli bin Haji Lahit.

The event also saw the launching of a website of Competition Commission Brunei Darussalam (CCBD) www.ccbd.gov.bn and four guideline books on the Competition Commission. It contain information for entrepreneurs and the public in understanding the implementation and enforcement orders towards business compliance.

Themed Ke Arah Penambahbaikan Kualiti Perkhidmatan; the event aims to promote information, reform, improve services, introduce departments and divisions as well as to raise awareness and knowledge of the public on the MoFE initiatives.

Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Fiscal) Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy) Dato Seri Paduka Dr Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin and permanent secretaries at the MoFE were also present.
