​The Ministry of Finance and Economy is pleased to announce that effective from 2nd December 2019, ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) from other ASEAN Member States (not holding the nationality of Brunei Darussalam) who wish to register as Registered Foreign Professional Accountant (RFPA) in Brunei Darussalam can complete the application form that can be downloaded from https://www.mofe.gov.bn/divisions/RFPA.aspx and submit the application to the Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy at the following address:

The ASEAN CPA has to agree to be bounded by the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants issued by the International Ethical Standards Board of the International Federation of Accountants and the laws and regulation in Brunei Darussalam and will only be permitted to work as RFPA in this country in collaboration with the designated local Professional Accountant who is a member of Brunei Darussalam Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
