Manage Permissions Tahlil Ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum for Male Officers and Staff of the Ministry of Finance and Economy and its Departments in Conjunction with Ramadhan 1445H/2025M TAHLIL CEREMONY FOR THE LATE SULTAN HAJI OMAR ‘ALI SAIFUDDIEN SA’ADUL KHAIRI WADDIEN, THE LATE HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PENGIRAN ANAK DAMIT, AND THE LATE HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS PADUKA SERI PENGIRAN MUDA HAJI ‘ABDUL ‘AZIM AT THE ROYAL MAUSOLEUM FOR MALE OFFICERS AND STAFF OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND ECONOMY AND ITS DEPARTMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH RAMADHAN 1446H/2025M​   Wednesday, 04 Ramadhan 1446H / 05 March 2025M The Ministry of Finance and Economy and its departments held a Tahlil Ceremony for the late Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, the late Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Damit, and the late His Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim in conjunction with Ramadhan 1446 Hijrah / 2025 Masihi. The ceremony took place at the Royal Mausoleum, Jalan Tutong, Bandar Seri Begawan. Present as the Guest of Honour at the Tahlil Ceremony was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II. Also in attendance were Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy), the Acting Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, Heads of Departments and Divisions, as well as male officers and staff of the Ministry who are of the Islamic faith. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Yaasiin, followed by the collective recitation of Tahlil, led by Yang Mulia Awang Md Redzuan bin Haji Marjuki, Mosque Affairs Officer of Kampong Kilanas Mosque. This annual religious event is part of the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s initiatives to strengthen bonds among its officers and staff, as well as those from its affiliated departments.
