Following upgrades to the Treasury Accounting and Financial Information System
(TAFIS), the Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy would like to
inform that beginning 1st, April, 2024, the e-Invoice portal has undergone a
transition process and has been converted to the Government Vendor Portal.
The Government Vendor Portal is a self-service portal, which will enable interested
suppliers or vendors to participate in any quotations or tenders issued by Ministries
or Departments; as well as submitting claims or invoices after supplying or providing
work services to any Government agency.
Ministries and departments will not be able to process any claims or orders for
the supply or services rendered to the Government to any supplier that is not yet
registered in the Government Vendor Portal.
Current vendors that are already registered in the e-invoice portal are required to
re-register in the Government Vendor Portal as soon as possible.
Vendors who need assistance to register in the Government Vendor Portal may
attend the vendor clinics as follows:
