As part of the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s initiative to promote digitalisation, kindly be informed that Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy will no longer be accepting any payments made by cash or cheque effective from Wednesday, 1st May 2024.
This initiative is in line with the implementation of online services provided by the Revenue Division through the System for Tax Administration and Revenue Services (STARS) in the One Common Portal (OCP) such as the filing of Income Tax Returns and e-Stamping.
Payments for the following services can be made through the methods listed below:
To ensure the payment is successfully processed in the system and no penalty is imposed, please ensure to insert the following information correctly:
- Return ID (9 digits) generated by STARS after filing must be provided when making bill payment;
- For Bank Counter, to use one (1) Bill Payment Slip for one (1) Return ID; and
- For Internet Banking, to use one (1) Bill Payment for one (1) Return ID.
