In streamlining the process of incorporating a company and facilitating the updating of a company’s Director structure, the Registry of Companies and Business Names Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy would like to inform the general public particularly company owners’ that the submission of the document titled “Statement of Non-Disqualification to Act as Director” is no longer required to be uploaded via the One Common Portal (OCP) (www.ocp.mofe.gov.bn) when submitting application for the incorporation of a company or updating of a company’s Director structure.
It will now be replaced by an online declaration ”Statement of Non Disqualification to Act as Director” form in the OCP platform.
This enhancement will take effect on Monday, 1st December 2025.
